Accessing Season Tickets/Tickets
To access your tickets please click HERE and log in to your account.
To login, enter your email address and password. If you are unsure of your password, click Reset Password. Enter your email and you will be sent a temporary password.
If you have never logged into your Sudbury Arena Ticket Account, you will need to enter your email address and a password and click SIGN UP. This will create your online account and merge it with your season ticket account. The email you enter to sign up must be the same you have provided when purchasing your Season Ticket Package.
From there you will need to click on the menu on the right-hand side and click on My Sudbury Arena Tickets Home. From there you will be able to see all the events you have tickets for or forward tickets to a friend.
Forwarding Ticket/Voucher to Friends
You can begin a Ticket Forward from the My Sudbury Arena Tickets: Event List, the Ticket List, or at the individual Ticket View.
At the Event List or Ticket List, a checkbox displays for each ticket that is eligible for forwarding. Check the box next to each ticket you wish to forward, and then select the Choose Recipient action.
Select an existing friend from your Friends List or add a new friend to your list.
For adding a new contact, you will need to fill in the information as seen above.
And finally review your selection, and then complete the forward with the Forward tickets action. First login HERE and click on the “Reset Password” icon.
First, go to the login page at https://mpv.tickets.com/?agency=SUDM_MYTIXX&orgid=53049#/auth/login?fullret=%2Fticketmanagement%2F%3Fagency%3DSUDM_MYTIXX%26orgid%3D53049%23%2F and click on the “Reset Password” icon.
You will then be brought to this page in which you must provide your email address and to click the grey submit button at the bottom right of your screen to receive your temporary password.
Verify email afterwards to find the temporary password.

Step-By-Step Purchasing Tickets
- Your Sudbury FIVE 2022 tickets will be available digitally, providing you with convenient access to purchase and manage your tickets directly from your mobile device.
- Buying tickets has never been easier. Visit greatersudbury.ca/tickets to purchase your tickets online.
- Once online, find the exact game you wish to attend and strengthen your search depending on your desired ticket quantity and the location of seats perfect for you. Search using the Seat Map or Section option to ensure you’re buying the best seats for your own personal experience. If you have a coupon code, make sure to enter it in the coupon code section as well.
4. Select the tickets you wish to purchase, and tap ADD TO CART to continue to payment.
5. Fill out the payment form with your information and have full access to your tickets through your account. Now you’re ready to see the Sudbury FIVE!
Viewing Forwarded Tickets/Vouchers
To use a forwarded voucher, log in to your account and select the voucher menu on the left side of the screen. A buddy voucher will be available for you to select. After clicking on the voucher you will be given a list of available games to choose from. Once you select which FIVE game you would like to attend, continue with the ticket purchasing process.
